A BIG thank you to long-time Granville community member, Ms. Ann Schinski (second from left), and volunteers from the Granville Baptist Church (plus two more Granville CSD students who assisted and are not pictured) for hosting a free school supply and backpack giveaway last Saturday, Aug 8th for the surrounding community. Nearly 300 students in our region have been supported so far, thanks to Ms. Schinski's fundraising and organizing. If you see her, please thank her! Friendly Reminder: It's tomorrow 8/10/24! Come get a free backpack and school supplies for your PreK - 12 student at the 18th annual School Supply Giveaway. Location: Granville Baptist Church, 23 Quaker Street, Granville, NY. Hosted by Ann Schinski in memory of her husband and donated by the Granville, Mettowee and Wells local community. Students should attend with a caregiver and will be let in 10 at a time to have ample, relaxing time to select their school supplies and chosen backpack. All grades welcome! No student turned away.
